Things To Do
Hidden Valley Resort and the Laurel Highlands offer so much to do during your stay that they cover several
different pages on the site.
If you're into sports, of course Hidden Valley is well known for its active
things to do. But not just skiing and golf; check it out.
Don't forget that when you stay with us, you have free access to the resort fitness center year-round and the outdoor pools in the summer.
You'll see that there are a lot of interesting places to visit that aren't a long drive from Hidden Valley
Resort. We've listed a few of our favorite visits for you.
The people of the Laurel Highlands have a number of festivals and
events, with attractions ranging from a bed race through the town square in Confluence during Pumpkinfest to an
all-you-can-eat pancake and maple syrup breakfast.
If you like to cook, you're in for a treat! Our kitchen is well equipped,
and the Laurel Highlands have several local wineries. There are also wonderful local sources for a wide range
of ingredients for delicious meals. How about a half-baked frozen raspberry pie? Or a fresh trout that
you catch yourself in two minutes at the trout farm?
But no matter how good our kitchen is, there will be those times when you want a break from cooking.
When you do, there's a variety of places to eat, at the resort and nearby. The variety of prepared foods
range from very interesting and unusual carry-out to several excellent restaurants. Take a look at our page
on dining.
